We'll talk about your event and I'll come up with a suggested menu for you to consider. I am not your traditional caterer. I only do a limited number of jobs at one time and take great pride in our BBQ and guarantee it will be the best you have ever tasted (unless you've eaten some authentic roadside BBQ on some backwoods road in North Carolina...that might be better. But not by much!)

Where is Struggletown?
About halfway to nowhere and 150 miles south of the nearest city lies a sleepy little town. The mine closed years ago and those who remain make their living off the land. The streets are covered with dust and the air is thick with smoke. That smoke carries the sweet smell of friendship. No matter how hard the times are, the smoke draws them in. They gather 'round the fires for the shared experience of conversation and BBQ. And for a few hours the laughter and companionship melts away the worries.
